Learning resources are to the point, practical, and applicable to the work you do right now. This is not your typical eLearning. I use different formats - web conferences, videos, audios, readings, and discussions - to help you learn. I am an expert in teaching project management. I teach people in a wide range of industries, companies, functions, and roles. I will deliver the class you need by tailoring terminology, templates, examples, and case studies to make it relevant to your organization. I can also quickly add, remove, or tailor content to deliver courses that target the skills your organization needs.

Training Formats

Classes can be delivered in a virtual, hybrid, or on-site classroom.

Virtual Classroom: Participants attend live sessions that last up to 3 hours. Using Zoom, I deliver lectures and examples, and participants ask questions, provide answers, and join group discussions. Participants complete group activities in virtual breakout rooms, and then reconvene to deliver their results to the full class.

Hybrid Classroom: Participants complete the course over several weeks. Each week participants complete readings, discussions, individual activities, and other microlearnings at their own pace using our Learning Platform. Then at pre-determined times, participants join me in the Zoom virtual classroom for a live session for discussions and group case study activities.

On-Site Classroom: Participants attend in-person sessions. I deliver lectures and examples, and participants ask questions, provide answers, join group discussions and complete group case study activities.

I can customize classes to use your terminology, templates, processes, and examples. In fact, I encourage you to use your current projects during class discussions and activities to make our classes as applicable as possible!

Project Management for Team Members

Audience: Project Team Members
Level: Foundational
Outcomes: Learn the project management skills to be a proactive team member - understand the desired outcome of the project, push information to the project manager in a timely manner, and prioritize your work appropriately. Introduction to Project Management

Audience: People who are looking for the basics, are new to project management, or lead small project teams.
Level: Foundational
Outcomes: This course covers the key activities of the project management process – identifying stakeholders, scoping the project, assigning roles and responsibilities, creating a simple schedule, and assessing project health. Invite project managers, team leaders, and team members to start building a culture around project management in your organization.

Everyday Project Management

Audience: People who are new to project management, looking to deepen their skills, or lead small to mid-sized projects.
Level: Intermediate
Outcomes: This course covers the complete project management lifecycle, focusing on the practical and high-impact techniques needed to lead a project – chartering the project, establishing governance, scoping the project, assigning roles and responsibilities, creating a deliverables-based schedule, addressing risks, assessing status, and responding to changes. You will learn techniques for communicating effectively with stakeholders, keeping team members engaged throughout the project, and being an effective project leader. Essentials of Project Management

Audience: Project managers / professionals who are managing projects as one part of their job
Level: Intermediate
Outcomes: This course provides a detailed examination of the fundamental processes of project management and meets the 23 contact hour training requirements for PMI®'s Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM)® exam.

Applied Project Management

Audience: Project managers with at least three-years' experience leading projects
Level: Advanced
Outcomes: This course explores project management terms, concepts, techniques, and tools to ensure the aspects of a project are organized and managed properly. Integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risk, and procurement management topics are reviewed. This course satisfies the 35 hour project management education requirement for PMI®'s Project Management Professional (PMP)® exam.
